Sequence of functions
At the first machine station, the flat tray blank is removed from the magazine and placed on the vacuum conveyor. At the second station, the tray is then precisely erected by the folding head and glued with hot melt. At the third station, the perforated sheet that takes the cups is folded and glued. For added strength perforated sheet flaps glued on the tray bottom.
