KG, based in Remshalden near Stuttgart: The purchase agreement was signed on September 5, 2008. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. 05-13-08 - PAAL announces a World First Fully Automatic Tool Change for Robotic Top Loaders. For a size change, the robot would automatically “park” the current tool in the magazine, automatically pick up the new tool, then go back into full operation mode.
