09-08-08 - STUTTGART – Bosch's Packaging Technology Division plans to acquire Paal Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, based in Remshalden near Stuttgart: The purchase agreement was signed on September 5, 2008. The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. The transaction is subject to the approval of antitrust authorities.

05-13-08 - PAAL announces a World First Fully Automatic Tool Change for Robotic Top Loaders. For a size change, the robot would automatically “park” the current tool in the magazine, automatically pick up the new tool, then go back into full operation mode.

Elematic 1000 WA-i machine is our most compact and versatile machine. Built so that the product remains on a single level, operators have an unobstructed view of the entire machine. Low heights provide ergonomic blank loading and extended magazine prefeeder allow for long run times. Capable of running RSC, Wrap Around, Tray, and Tray with hood on a single machine.
